We politely decline refunds. We stand by our services and your satisfaction is important to us. However, because are service is either a live performance or a digital download, we generally do not accept refund requests. Requests for refunds are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our discretion. Requests, if any, must be made within 30 days of purchase.
